What a fabulous stay, no complaints whatsoever. Modern venue with amazing location close enough to the palace, public transport and taxis, and a quiet area, which is very peaceful and clean and very good breakfast. Nice staff, huge comfort room. Nice bathroom with a bathtub

Perfect location near the castle. Extremely nice, courteous, warm, & helpful front desk staff. Everything was perfect about our time there, with the smallest of exception, which might have been not much of note. Regardless, overall, it was a perfect stay and a perfect location.
After the A.M. breakfast buffet, we took 2 tea bags-- rather than to have tea with the meal. The waitress seemed to look at us oddly when we walked out and specifically looked at the tea bags .. The tea bags were sitting apart from the buffet, and spread out which made it seem ok, but evidently maybe not. I am not sure if this might go back to a cultural difference, but it felt a bit awkward once we were walking out.

The room was spacious and spotless, very clean. Monica was pleasant and helpful.
The hotel is on a busy road. We had a room right at the front of the hotel along the road. If the windows are kept closed, the traffic noise is not bad at all. If you open the windows, however, it becomes very noisy.

The food here was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, and the location in the old town was fantastic for exploring on foot.

Spacious rooms, convenient stop off point on our trip. Staff excellent, breakfast excellent.
Kitchen was very poorly equipped for anyone on a self catering holiday, our kitchen only had 1 knife and no forks! Also very close to noisy and busy main road. If I were to stay again it would only be for 1 or 2 nights, no more.

Loud because it's next to a busy street.

Everything was clean, room was spacious, good size bathroom, fridge in room, good beds, not too noisy in spite on being next to busy city road.
Hotel does not have an elevator, internet connection requires re-log on frequently.
